What you can see is a more toned and slimmed down version of myself. What you can’t see is a happier, more motivated, less stressed, more confident, and more knowledgeable version of myself. I learned to prioritize sleep, eat nutrition packed foods, drink lots of water, move my body each day, not over train or overwork my body, discover new ways of working out, spend more time with the Lord, listen to happier music, prioritize friendships and loving all people around me, dance more, laugh more, cook more, be everyone’s biggest hype woman, and just live life to the fullest. Starting my fitness journey transformed my entire life. It has made me a better person. I now move more, live more, and smile more💗💗💗
