Let’s unbig that back like everyone saying now and get it looking right! Ladies, this one’s for you too. These three moves will help you sculpt a strong, defined back:
1️⃣ One-Arm Cable Row: Focus on one side at a time, driving through your lats for maximum control and connection.
2️⃣ Reverse Lat Pulldown: Hit your lats from a different angle, keeping those shoulders down and pulling through your elbows.
3️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Rows: Add some depth to your back. Lean into that incline, keep your core tight, and row those dumbbells like you mean it.
We’re going for four sets of 15-20 reps each, and don’t even think about going light. Use weight that makes you work and grow. Lightweight won’t cut it if you’re serious about sculpting a back that stands out.
