A better-for-you Starbucks Medicine Ball Tea Remix! Stay well this winter with this immune supporting combo 😍
What you need:
-2 cups cups water
-1 mint citrus green tea bag (or spearmint if you can’t find) -1 peach chamomile tea bag
-Fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
-1 tbsp grated ginger
-1 tablespoon honey
-Fresh mint leaves
What to do:
1- Place both tea bags into a pot of water along with lemon juice, grated ginger and fresh mint leaves. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
2- Let cool and pour mixture through a fine strainer or strainer bag.
3- Pour into ice cube mold and freeze.
4- When ready to enjoy, place 2-3 ice cubes into your mug of choice. Pour boiling water over them, sweeten with honey, stir & enjoy!
