Make these Turmeric Orange Immunity Cubes for when you’re feeling under the weather!
What you need:
(I like to double the recipe and make a bigger batch)
-1 large orange, peeled
-1 lemon, peeled
-1 thumb ginger, chopped
-1 thumb turmeric, chopped
-1 1/2 to 2 tbsp honey
-Black pepper
What to do:
1- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
2- Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. You can strain with a nut or cheese milk cloth if you don’t like the pulp.
3- When ready to enjoy, place 4-6 cubes in a mug. Pour boiling water on top and sip!
