For a long time I struggled to understand my body and I felt confused as to what to fuel it with. Healthy, convenient food is what I wanted. For busy and or adventurous days. I started making my own bars out of a passion for clean, healthy food that could be packed with superfoods and greens, and wasn’t chalked full of preservatives, chemicals, or refined sugar. Because I struggled to find this on the market, the infancy of sendbars started in my kitchen over a decade ago. I still love playing around with new, healthy recipes, and now I get to call it R&D!
I have been curious about a nut-free bar — and these were so easy to make and were the perfect sweet treat without refined sugar. It’s my co-founder sendbars recipe — super easy and delish!
