7. Alternating Lunge
8. Shoulder push-up
9. Squat jumps
10. Bridges
11. Sit-ups
12. Jumping lunges
.
It goes this:
1 min jumping jacks/run
2 lateral lunges, 1 min jumping jacks/run
3 burpees, 2 lateral lunges, 1 min jumping jacks/run
... continue pattern until done (like the song 🎶)
