Those crazy outcomes you hear about at TKS like highschool students getting internships, speaking opportunities and even startups? These opportunities were usually kickstarted thanks to projects students built in the TKS Focus process. 🎧 In this video, TKS Alum Austin Bagnall breaks down the Focus process in its four phases: Learn, Replicate x 2, Create. After exploring a few areas of emerging technology, TKS students choose a Focus area, based on topics they develop an interest in, meet mentors and experts, and build projects in. A Focus takes three to five months to complete, and helps students learn through the challenge of developing new skills. This year, our students will have to certify their Focuses with industry experts. Meaning they are validated in their skills and are internship-ready. And the coolest part?
