It's not how you start, it's how you finish šŸ tx2k got off to an unceremonious start for Dave and Wally, with a transmission issue off the line on the first pass of the event šŸŽļøšŸ’Ø The team got to work diagnosing and fixing the issue, eventually getting the car back on track en route to a 1st place qualifying spot as well as a 1st place finish šŸ„‡ Dave came into the event with two goals: Set a new personal best of 6.7X and win the GTR68 class šŸ† While Dave didn't set a new personal best time, he did set a new personal best speed with a 213.61mph šŸš€ Narrowly missing a personal best time, Dave ran a 6.88, just .02 off his personal best of 6.86 ā±ļø The plan now is to make a few changes to the set up and see how she fares next time out. Outside of the first pass, TX2K could not have went much smoother for Dave and Wally ā›µļø Running a couple of low 7 second passes as well as a couple of 6 second passes on the way to a tightly contested final 🄊 A reaction time of .05 made all the difference...
