Ah, date caramel. You've dipped, swirled and blended! Now's the perfect time to bake it into your most delicious gluten-free banana bread! ๐Ÿ˜ For the Banana Bread: 3 large ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 cup date caramel (recipe below) 1 Tsp. vanilla extract 1 Cup almond flour 1 Cup oat flour 1 Tsp. sea salt 1 Tsp. baking powder 1 Tsp. cinnamon Instructions: Mix all ingredients (except banana) together Pour into bread pan Peel & slice banana lengthwise and gently press into batter. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 50 minutes.
