As we close out October which is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, let’s take a moment to honor and remember the families who have faced heartbreaking loss on the journey to parenthood. For so many the path through IVF is not just physically challenging but emotionally and financially overwhelming. Ivf is not always easy to navigate and the hard truth is an IVF cycle isn’t guaranteed to work. For me that happened multiple times. It’s why most families need at least 2 IVF cycles to become pregnant. We know that each step of IVF can bring both hope and uncertainty, and for families who have experienced loss, that journey is even more complex and personal. I am on a mission to speak openly about infertility and IVF and my biggest hope is that I can connect people with emotional and financial support to assist them in their journey.
