After the sled push, no one in my heat stuck around to battle. I was slightly off pace coming out of BBJ and just could not hang on. More so mentally than physically. My running felt smooth. Put extra emphasis to get in/out of the rox zone & up to pace. My back half station work was not optimal. Couldn't put all the pieces together. Proud of the effort but the results left more to be desired. 2. Men's Doubles - 54:37 - 5th u30 / 9th Overall (joe_rucco) Put "sub 55" on paper with a (loose) plan on how to get it done. Synopsis: consistently run well, go to work in the stations, communicate. Besides me getting dropped on almost every run, I think we executed extremely well.
