Serves: 6 Ingredients: 2 pounds Medium red potatoes 2 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons olive oil 6 slices prosciutto 1 cup creme fraiche 1/4 cup fresh chopped chives 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Add potatoes to large pot filled with water and bring water to boil on level 9 (high heat). 2. Once water boils, reduce heat to power level 7 (medium high) and cook until potatoes for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Timing will vary depending on the size of your potatoes. 3. While potatoes are boiling - make crispy prosciutto: heat skillet on medium high heat (power level 7).
