Ingredients:
•1 rack pork ribs
• kaciesflavors spicy mustard
•Your favorite BBQ rub
•1 small onion, finely chopped
•1 tomato, finely chopped
•2 garlic cloves, minced
•1/4 cup parsley, chopped
•1 tsp cumin
•1 tsp smoked paprika
•1/2 tsp coriander
•1/2 tsp allspice
•Salt & pepper
•1 tbsp olive oil or pork fat
•4 medium pita breads
1️⃣ Rub ribs with mustard and season with rub. Smoke 3 hours, then wrap and smoke until ribs are 202 internal. Remove bones and chop.
2️⃣ Mix meat with olive oil, herbs, tomato, and spices. Split pitas in half and stuff with filling.
