Not only does this meal taste amazing, it has all the components of a balanced meal: carbohydrates, fiber, fat and protein. It is guaranteed to leave you feeling full and satisfied for hours. Here’s how to make your own ⬇️ Toss cubed sweet potatoes in avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika and roast in the oven at 425F for ~25 minutes. While those roast, cook 1 lb lean ground beef on stove with a taco seasoning packet. Assemble bowls with optional arugula, sweet potato, ground beef, cottage cheese, avocado and top it all with hot honey.
