I’m not saying don’t do cardio at all. I’m saying all that extra cardio is the reason why your skinny fat and walking around here flabby
Strength training is the key to fat loss. It’s essential to build muscle. That will allow to burn more calories at rest (which is the hack) and improve body composition (more toned)
If you’re gonna do cardio, do it after you lift weights where it’ll benefit you more rather than hurt you
