ingredients:
-1 can chickpeas
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/3 cup maple syrup
-1/8 tsp peppermint extract
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp sea salt
-1/4 cup chocolate chips🍫
-3 tbsp chopped peppermints
directions:
in a food processor combine all wet ingredients until chickpeas are fully puréed. scrape the sides. add in cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & sea salt and combine. pulse in chocolate chips. press into 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. sprinkle peppermints on to...
