Ingredients:
* 1 lb cubed pork belly
* heathrilesbbq honey rub or rub of choice
* 1/2 cup lagunitasbeer shugga and spice or dark beer of choice
* 3 tbsp bearandburtons W sauce
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 tbsp bruthashoney707 honey
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp garlic powder
To make:
1. Toss pork belly cubes in honey rub. Place on smoker at 250 for 2.5-3 hours
2. In a saucepan, combine beer, W sauce, brown sugar, honey, mustard, garlic powder and 1 tbsp barbecue rub. Simmer until thick and sticky.
3. Toss smoked cubes in glaze. Place back on smoker for 15-20 minutes to caramelize
