THE SARDINI 🍸🐟 It’s exactly what it sounds like folks. You love it or hate it, there is absolutely no in between. Would you give it a try?? Makes 2 *You will need several hours to fat wash your gin in the freezer* Ingredients 5 oz. gin 1 can of small sardines in OLIVE OIL (not sunflower, etc.) 1 oz. dry vermouth 1 oz. olive brine Ice 6 pitted castelvetrano olives Make it! 1. In a small plastic or glass container, add 5 oz. gin and .5 oz sardine oil. Shake and freeze for a few hours, until the fat has solidified and somewhat separated from the gin. 2. Place a coffee filter over a narrow carafe or glass, and pour in the gin x sardine mixture directly from the freezer to strain the fat out. It will run clear. 3. Make your stuffed olives! Crumble up pieces of sardine and stuff them as best as you can into the olives. Skewer three onto a long toothpick. 4.
