Easter Brunch with usapears !! 🍐🌸 Inspired by Spring produce and the annual “false Portland Spring”😂
Here’s what we ate:
To sip – Pear Spritz with amaretto, lemon, pear thyme simple syrup, prosecco + soda water 🍐
To feast – Pear Brioche French Toast with whipped cream and maple syrup ☁️
Radish + Snap Pea Salad with Meyer lemon anchovy dressing 🫛
Green Herb Shakshuka 🍳

Served with ice in a large wine glass
Ingredients
1 oz. Amaretto liqueur
3 oz. pear thyme simple syrup (*see recipe below)
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
8 oz. Prosecco
Soda water, for topping off
Ice
Garnishes: fresh slice of ripe pear, thyme sprigs and edible flowers (pansies)
