Easter Brunch with usapears !! 🍐🌸 Inspired by Spring produce and the annual “false Portland Spring”😂 Here’s what we ate: To sip – Pear Spritz with amaretto, lemon, pear thyme simple syrup, prosecco + soda water 🍐 To feast – Pear Brioche French Toast with whipped cream and maple syrup ☁️ Radish + Snap Pea Salad with Meyer lemon anchovy dressing 🫛 Green Herb Shakshuka 🍳 My mom created the incredible floral arrangements using foraged driftwood and local blooms. 🌸🌼 It was so great to come out of my cocoon to share this meal with friends!
