Ingredients:
* drumsticks, frenched (aka trimmed lollipop-style)
* 3 tbsp blazingstarbbq scorpion
* 1/2 cup bruthashoney707
* 1/4 cup melindasfoods Sriracha
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp butter
* 6 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbspfresh grated ginger

To make:
1. French the drumsticks. Cut around the bone and push meat down to make a lollipop shape. Cut the top off as well so they stand flat. Remove the tendons (optional)
2. Season drumsticks and place on smoker at 300 for hour.
3. While the smoke, melt butter in a saucepan. Sauce garlic and ginger. Add honey, Melinda’s Sriracha, soy, and vinegar. Simmer 5-7 min ‘til thick.
4. Dip drumsticks into sauce and return to smoker for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
