One bite in and you’ll be saying “That’s Dan Good!” 🌯🧀🔥 Ingredients: - 1 lb boneless chicken thighs - 2–3 tbsp Dan-O’s Tac-O - 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chipotle - 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning - 2 cups uncooked jasmine rice - 4 garlic cloves (pasted) - 1 jalapeño (julienned) - ½ cup corn - ½ onion (chopped) - 1 red bell pepper (diced) - 1 cup shredded mild cheddar - 4 cups chicken stock - 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil - Large flour tortillas Instructions: Season & Sear Chicken: Coat chicken with Tac-O. Sear in oil over medium-high heat until browned. Add ¼ cup stock, cover, and cook until internal temp hits 165°F. Dice the cooked chicken.
