Salvadoran gang MS-13 is known to be one of the most dangerous gangs in #NorthAmerica and it has left its mark in Suffolk County, #NewYork, due to violence and murder. District Attorney Ray Tierney says despite the possibility of any gangs ever being eradicated, the hope is to control them and let members know they'll be held responsible for crimes they commit.
