How to:
-Flip a rack of ribs over, so it’s easier to see between the bones, leave on the membrane, and make clean slices in between each bone.
-Place them in a container for seasoning, cover with a light layer of avocado oil as a binder, and season with your favorite BBQ rub.
-Cook at 250F indirect, spritzing with apple cider vinegar every 30 minutes.
-After 2 hours, wrap in foil with a liquid mixture of 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 5 tbsp water. Return to the grill for 1 hour.
-Remove foil, paint with sauce, and return to the grill unwrapped for 1 more hour to let the sauce tack up.
