A small plane crashed near the Boca Raton airport in Florida on Friday killing all three people on board and injuring one person on the ground. The flight path for the plane appears to show it making repeated circles and a source with knowledge of the situation says the pilot reported a rudder issue. The National Transportation Safety Board is at the scene to investigate what went wrong.
