The Master’s Pimiento Cheese. I had about a dozen of these $1.50 classics in Augusta this week, but you can make your own with 6 ingredients.
Mix the following thoroughly in a mixing bowl:
• 4 C extra sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
• 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 C mayo
• 4 oz diced pimientos
• 1 T white or yellow onion, grated
• Meat Church BLANCO to taste (sub S&P)
