Republican House Speaker Pat Grassley says he's "not ruling anything out" when asked whether he's considering running for governor after Gov. Kim Reynolds' surprise announcement that she would not seek another term. The wide-open race is the first time an incumbent won't be on the ballot for governor in Iowa since 2006.
