Roy Lichtenstein’s Southampton studio was the birthplace of some of his most iconic works. From comic book imagery to his signature mirrors, this was where he created until his final days—his art shaped by the very place he worked.
In ‘Entablature’, he even mixed sand from the nearby beaches into his paint, adding a tactile, architectural quality to the surface.
