@Olivia Noceda knows how to warm us up after a cold plunge in the Pacific Ocean. These warm goddess grain bowls did not disappoint, packed with protein and fully customizable. 
 -2 chicken breasts, halved + pounded -1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika -1–2 tbsp olive oil Grain: -1 cup farro, cooked in water or broth Roasted Toppings: -1 can chickpeas, 1 cup chopped romanesco or cauliflower -Olive oil, salt, pepper Fresh Toppings: -Radishes, avocado, carrots, cucumber, chopped almonds, feta Green Goddess Sauce: -Handfuls of spinach, parsley, chives, dill -½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lemon -½ tsp each garlic + onion powder, salt, pepper, warm water to thin

RECIPE: -Prep the chicken: Slice and pound chicken breasts, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. -Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken for 2 minutes per side, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes more. Let rest before slicing. -Roast chickpeas & veggies: Preheat oven to 425ºF....
