We’re heading to the mountains of Colorado today as we introduce our #ArmyROTC #CadetOfTheWeek! Meet Grace Pereda, a junior majoring in Education at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs. Hailing from a small town in Minnesota, Pereda chose Army #ROTC because she saw it as an opportunity to build a life and strong career for herself. “ROTC has opened many opportunities for not only my career, but my overall character. ROTC has allowed me the opportunity to show not only others but myself that I am capable of so much more than I could have ever imagined. This program has inspired me to peruse not only a job in the army, but a lifelong career.” Pereda is a member of the Mountain Ranger’s #RangerChallenge and Bataan teams.
