Happy Pretzel Day! To celebrate we’re making smoked pretzel dogs with smoked cheese dip 😎
Recipe:
-Preheat Indoor Smoker to 225°F, smoke level 5.
-Cut 4 shallow slits in each hot dog.
In a casserole dish, mix:
1 cup sharp cheddar, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar
2-3 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
Smoke hot dogs and cheese dip
together for 1 hour
Wrap and Bake:
-Wrap hot dogs in pretzel dough.
-Brush with baking soda wash.
-Bake in the Smart Oven at 375°F for 10-12 min until golden.
Brush pretzel dogs with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy!
