Engaging in physical activity, practicing mindfulness, and enjoying some homegrown harvest will have you feeling good inside and out. The Centers for Disease Control consider general gardening to be a "moderate intensity" physical activity, something they suggest we get 2.5 hours of every week, not to mention that gardeners see a bigger decrease in cortisol (the "stress hormone"). 😌 What's your favorite part of planting?🪴
