Deep breath in...now let it ooooout. 😮‍💨 Looking for a little "feel good" boost this Friday? Why not give gardening a shot? Engaging in physical activity, practicing mindfulness, and enjoying some homegrown harvest will have you feeling good inside and out. The Centers for Disease Control consider general gardening to be a "moderate intensity" physical activity, something they suggest we get 2.5 hours of every week, not to mention that gardeners see a bigger decrease in cortisol (the "stress hormone"). 😌 What's your favorite part of planting?🪴 #Spring #Wellness #Homegrown #Gardening
