📈 Raise your credit score from 600 to 700?
I’ll knock 10% off your rent — permanently (as long as you keep it above 700).
💳 Pay rent on time?
You’ll get a $25–$50 credit each time. Responsibility pays.
💥 Life happens.
If you’ve been a renter with me for 18 months, you earn 1 month of “life event credit.”
Lose a job? Divorce? Emergency? You get 1 month rent-free.
🔁 Every 18 months = 1 month of support.
After 5 years, that’s 3 months to reset your life when you need it most.
Need help covering that month?
Borrow from your security deposit, and pay it back slowly — no pressure.
This is more than housing. It’s dignity, opportunity, and grace in action.
This was the strategy I used from 2017-2021 when I built and owned the largest minority owner of single family rental homes co in the country. Since sold majority stake.
