Kathy Panella, our amazing Assistant Director of Billing and Customer Service, has been part of GEM for over 25 years and considers the team her work family. She loves the camaraderie, teamwork, and shared laughter. A lifelong music lover, she played clarinet and bass clarinet in school and was in marching band.
