When we spotted these new @urban decay liquid eyeshadows at @Ulta Beauty the other day, I had to pick them up and test two things: 1) how they applied and what kind of effect they gave (the marketing promised a glazed, high shine look), and 2) if they would actually stay looking wet and glossy throughout the day. I tested out and evaluated them at the vanity first and then wore them all day—and the verdict? They didn’t hold that glazed look, sadly.
