Ingredients:
-2lb ground beef
-1 chopped onion
-4 cloves garlic
-2 cups white rice, rinsed
-1 package frozen broccoli
-4 cups beef bone broth
-shredded cheese
Directions:
-cook ground beef, onion and garlic until redness is out of the meat. Season with salt and pepper
-add rice, broccoli and bone broth, mix and cover for 15-20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked
-add cheese, mix, layer more cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted
-serve and enjoy
