Strain into a glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of flowering mint and a cucumber ribbon. Enjoy! *To create the agua fresca, combine 1 medium cucumber, 2 cups of honeydew (diced), a generous handful of mint leaves, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until smooth.
