Introducing the Empress Side Royal— a beautiful blend of jasmine syrup, our Cucumber Lemon Gin, and a bubbly finish of Prosecco 🍾✨ EMPRESS SIDE ROYAL: ◦2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin ◦Mint, to muddle ◦¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice ◦¾ oz Jasmine Simple Syrup ◦2-3 dashes Mint Bitters ◦Prosecco, to top ◦Fresh Mint Sprig & Cucumber Slice, to garnish METHOD: In a mixing glass, add a bundle of mint leaves and jasmine simple syrup. Lightly muddle. Add Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, lime juice, and bitters. Add ice to the glass and stir. Strain into a champagne flute, and top with Prosecco.
