BATCHED NEGRONI (serves 25) :
â—¦ 1 bottle (750ml) Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
â—¦ 1 bottle (750ml) Sweet Vermouth
â—¦ 1 bottle (750ml) Campari
â—¦ 2 Fresh Oranges
â—¦ Fresh Mint, to garnish

METHOD: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the full bottles of Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Campari. Slice one orange into thin wheels and add to the mix. Let sit for 15-30 minutes, allowing the orange to infuse with the other ingredients. To serve, fill each glass with ice and pour the batched Negroni over it. For the garnish, peel the second orange into twists. Twist each peel over the glass to release its oils and aroma, then rub it along the rim to add fragrance. Add a sprig of fresh mint, and enjoy!
