I still lift heavy, but that’s just one piece now.
I run. I cycle. I train with knives, Kali, Muay Thai, and boxing.
I stretch, I breathe, I reset with yoga and Pilates.
I’m not out here trying to be some oversized robot.
I’m building a body that moves, performs, and lasts.
