STRAWBERRY RHUBARB GIN SOUR ❤️
◦¾ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦2 oz Brewed Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
◦1 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup*
◦1 oz Lime Juice
◦1 Egg White
◦Pinch of Salt
METHOD: Combine all ingredients and dry shake to create the foam. Then add ice and shake again. Pour over ice and garnish with a dried rhubarb swirl and a dehydrated lime slice. Enjoy!
*To make the strawberry rhubarb syrup, bring 2 cups of rhubarb, 1 cup of strawberries, and 2 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow to slightly cool. Add in 1 cup of honey and stir until dissolved. Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
