The masala mac by itself is already hella cheesy and creamy and has that distinct masala flavor. I added the lamb seek and chicken leg which is cooked over charcoal. The lamb seek has so much flavor and you get a nice smoky aroma. The pickled onions added that acidity that’s needed to cut thru all the heavy flavors. It’s a work of art to be honest!
