Some of you asked for it, so here is a full day of eating :) Definitely not my normal day to day diet, but long runs and rides are usually super dirty when it comes to food, as you’re just trying to get quick carbs in. As we speak rn I’m actually on a keto diet, which is something new that I’m trying out right now.
