Welcome back to episode 2 of Smokin With Pot. I had the boys over for my favorite cut of meat, Tomahawks. My new roommate cwhitey27 took some notes and helped me out. Oh and he also funded this video.
We reverse seared the Tommy’s in the Traeger at 225 until they were about 120 internal. Then a little cast iron sear and finished them off with a blow torch for an epic crust. Topped them with a homemade compound butter and let them rest. They turned out amazing. Let me know what you want to see me smoke next!
