The PHLCVB hosted The MICHELIN Guide’s official Philadelphia debut today at the Barnes Foundation, marking a major milestone for the city’s culinary and tourism industries. International Director of the MICHELIN Guide, Gwendal Poullennec, joined Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, and PHLCVB President & CEO Gregg Caren to announce that the MICHELIN Guide inspectors are actively evaluating Philadelphia restaurants for the first time. “The restaurants’ teams right here in Philadelphia highlight innovative ideas.
