Incumbents won runoffs for Chattanooga City Council Districts 6 and 8 on Tuesday. Residents of neighborhoods from Orchard Knob to Bushtown and Avondale and from Shallowford Hills to Belvoir and Tyner opted to keep their current council members in place for the next four years, electing Jenni Berz of Brainerd Hills to represent District 6 and reelecting Marvene Noel of Orchard Knob in District 8.
