Atlanta rapper #YFNLucci has been released from prison. YFN Lucci, whose real name is Rayshawn Bennett, pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Street Gang and Terrorism Prevention Act in Jan. 2024. He was sentenced to 20 years with 10 to serve. The charges stemmed from a May 2021 Fulton County indictment that accused Bennett and 11 others of participating in organized criminal activity tied to the alleged Bloods gang. Lucci’s early release is due in part to Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis sending a letter to the Board of Pardons and Paroles on his behalf. As part of his plea deal, he received time served towards his sentence.
