Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
This combo is such a classic, incredibly easy to make, always so good and done in under 30 minutes!
For the grilled cheese I used mozzarella ovoline, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, fresh basil + provolone on sourdough
For the tomato soup, I used sweet yellow onions, garlic, plum tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, dried basil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, fresh basil, diced tomatoes and broth. Simmer until cooked down then either use an immersion blender or add in a blender until smooth
When serving, top with a teaspoon of cream, pepper plus fresh basil and eat with a grilled cheese
