Garden Sandwich
Sourdough bread toasted in a skillet then topped with basil skyr sauce (recipe below), prosciutto di parma, salted heirloom tomatoes from my garden, arugula, olive oil, red wine vinegar + dried oregano
Basil Skyr Sauce
In a food processor add 4 cloves of peeled garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, handful of basil and 1 cup of siggisdairy original skyr which makes the sauce super creamy and adds more protein to the sauce as well - then pulse until smooth. The basil sauce will keep in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container
