Air Fried Egg Sandwich
Grilled sourdough sandwich with sliced avocado, air fried egg salad (recipe below) + crispy chili crunch for added spice
Air Fried Egg Salad:
Set air fryer to 250 F and cook between 15-16 minutes depending on how many eggs you’re using and the wattage of your air fryer. Immediately transfer to ice water to stop the cooking then peel and separate the yolk + whites of the egg for better texture in your egg salad. Mix with scallions, homemade mayonnaise (egg, oil, dijon, wv, salt), salt, pepper and/or anything else that you’d like
