Butternut squash, sun gold tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, sage, thyme, rosemary, basil plus CastelloUSA Creamy Havarti cheese mixed with pasta of choice
Bake the cubed butternut squash, tomatoes, garlic plus seasoning in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes until the tomatoes are burst and butternut squash softened. Then add the Creamy Havarti cheese in the final 10 minutes of cooking, which brings this dish all together from not only how smooth the buttery the flavor is, but also the incredible melt factor of this cheese which sets it apart from others
Finish by adding the cooked pasta to the dish then mixing until pasta is fully coated with the cheese, tomatoes and butternut squash. Top with fresh basil, salt, pepper and enjoy!
